Will paypal automatically calculate sales tax?

Will paypal automatically calculate sales tax?
I am starting a T-Shirt screen-printing business (a small one from my home; more of a hobby than a full-fledged business, unless it grows), and recently learned that as a registered retailer, I have to calculate the sales tax on each sale depending on the location of the customer (or where the Shirts I mail will be recieved). Will Paypal (which I'll use as my payment method) automatically calculate sales tax on orders through my site?
