Therapist for arrogant speech?
I have this tenancy to sound arrogant, a small degree of a know-it-all, saying the word "right?" after every or every other sentence in my speech, talk about something to the tiniest pointless details, and usually repeat what I just said in the same way or paraphrased. All unconsciously done but by the end of the day I realize I could of said it in a more friendlier and/or less informative way but I guess I don't know how to. I guess the way I speak I try to sound intelligent but I guess to people it just sounds arrogant.
