I am considering getting breast augumentation however the more research I do, the more afraid I am of doing this..It seems there are so many complications that can arise. There is also a 23% chance that surgery will be necessary (due to complications) within the first 5 years - If I get silicone then I have to get an MRI every 2 years and even then a leak may not be detected. It just seems so dangerous to me. All I want is to be a full B but I'm not sure that all the complications and dangers are worth it. Any advise?
