Learning how to use Wordpress

I have just started putting together a 4 page website using the 2010 theme. I wondered if anyone knows of any sites which provide some good basic help/training/videos. There is so much stuff out there - some good, some bad! I just feel I am blundering around a bit at the moment and not really making much progress.
I would like to find out how to change fonts.
I dont really understand the difference between posts and pages. It is not a blog but a website for our business. I also need help with wigits.
