What to wear to the NEC birmingham clothes show and how much money should i take?

I am going to the clothes show on 8th december with my family and i was wondering how much money i should take and what should i wear and should i have my hair out or have it up in a pony tail

if anybody did go to the clothes show well did you enjoy it lol
