A revocable trust vs quit claim deed?

A Quit Claim or Grant Deed would only be used if you want to convey the property to someone else right now and have no further interest in it. A trust would be a much better way to make sure that your property goes to your heirs. You can hold title in a trust and state their interest to the property in the details of that trust.
