It can be incorporate with association of people. It can be cooperative society or a normal one. The cooperative society are to be registered with registrar of coop. society. In delhi its office is at Parliament street. Other societies can be made by defining their bylaws . The registration is not must. If it is registered it has power to sue other parties dealing with it. Trust are made by probated will or choice of a person. The trust are run as per trust deed. The trustee has the power to manage the trust.
