Problem with Photoshop on Dual Monitors

I am driving myself crazy with a Photoshop problem I'm having. I am running two monitors at the moment and I tried saving multiple Photoshop profiles for each but am having issues.

Basically, you know how when you double click a layer you get a properties popup window? There are also similar windows/prompts that pop up all throughout Photoshop. Well they pop up in the last place you had them. So if you move them to your secondary monitor, they pop up there even if you are working on your primary monitor again later on. Isn't there a way to save a profile for all of these windows?

Ideas? Do you know what I mean?
