Problem with international codes

hello,

first problem: I cant wrote in the german board. Why?

second big problem: You have the package wrong coded in the archive.
Now comes the as example new lines with

Code:
<p>Â</p>


The german special letters comes with other codes.
I write the letters ä,ö and so one in the textareabox and if I save, than comes as example ö , ÃŒÃ? and so one.

Look in the package in the file german.lng and you can see, what I mean (I hope so)
In your demo-toaster running all correct.

Please can you repack your programm without this errors.
